The “costaWinum” project by the property developer VI-Engineers is located in “Grafenwörth am Sonnenweiher” near Grafenegg Castle.

It is intended as a community center for future residents, is open all year round, is easily accessible to everyone and can accommodate self-organized courses as well as private meetings and events.
The length of the bank is maximized and distances are minimized. The lake thus connects all parts of the project into a whole and becomes a central component itself. It improves the microclimate and creates a place for meeting, exercise and relaxation in equal measure. An oasis of well-being.
