costaWinum - SMALL LAKE HOUSES IN GRAFENWÖRTH

The “costaWinum” project by the property developer VI-Engineers is located in “Grafenwörth am Sonnenweiher” near Grafenegg Castle.

The lake with a size of approx. 36.000 sqm is the centerpiece of the project.

The “Donauauen” in the south,  sustainable, well-thought-out overall concept, first-class architecture and high-quality green spaces promote the special lifestyle at Sonnenweiher Grafenwörth.

Only 15 to 20 minutes by car from Krems in the west and Tulln in the east. 25 minutes from St. Pölten and approx. 35 minutes from Vienna. The nearby Franz-Josefs-Bahn is easily accessible by bike and connects the Wagram with Vienna.

Access to the water is via your own terrace with a private bathing jetty. Wooden elements are used in the architecture, which not only act as privacy screens, but also provide comfort and a pleasant atmosphere.

Also the four children's and youth playgrounds, the open spaces, even the green street space and of course the Sonnenweiher clubhouse including the outdoor area. It is intended as a community center for future residents, is open all year round, is easily accessible to everyone and can accommodate self-organized courses as well as private meetings and events.

The length of the bank is maximized and distances are minimized. The lake thus connects all parts of the project into a whole and becomes a central component itself. It improves the microclimate and creates a place for meeting, exercise and relaxation in equal measure. An oasis of well-being.
